5* service, 4* food and drinks, beautiful hotel
The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed very comfortable. We got an upgrade from the hotel, which was super sweet. The personnel were all super friendly and the service was great! The beach is really beautiful, I loved lying in the shadow of the trees instead of umbrellas.
The drinks and the food. They use drink dispensers so all sodas aren't really sparkling. Had the worst mojito ever, but I turned to no sparkling cocktails after that which was better. It also depended on who was behind the bar, my boyfriend had one of the best White Russians ever. And the banana milkshakes were sometimes just milk, no banana taste, and sometimes very good with banana ice cream. The food from the buffet was ok, but nothing special. We had two dinners in two of the restaurants: the Greek restaurant was very good, but the Asian restaurant was just ok. Getting a reservation for those restaurants was very difficult, and although the personnel really did their best to try to accommodate us, we didn't get in in our restaurant of choice the second evening. But both restaurants we ate at were only half full, so unless it was because of a personnel shortage, I really didn't get why getting a reservation was so difficult.

Very Good
Fantastic food, very friendly staff, size of the family room, overall views, amazing olive trees and palms giving shade. Nice pedalo, paddle board, canoe available . Great location and sea (if you go to the beach early). Bar, ice cream, near the beach. Club for kids.
The sea is becoming dirty during the day due to the motor sport. There are lot algae, and it gets dirty in the afternoon. If you come very early morning it is much better. Motor sport should be cancelled to keep the sea in the better state. If you want to walk out of the hotel, you just have very small roads with lots of car. So forget nature walk around. People are booking their sunbeds with towel from 8am so forget relaxing at the pool, and hard to find a spot at the sea as well if you come mid afternoon. Lots of sunbed taken and booked with nobody for several hours…
